Delivering of Medical Services by Virtual Doctor
Virtual Doctor is engaged in delivering medical and health service through telemedicine services. The term Telemedicine Services is already explained on the main pages of this website. Delivering medical Services through telemedicine service by using the digital platform of Virtual Doctor are only authorized to those medical/ health care providers who are legally qualified to provide such services and registered under PMC as medical service providers. All Users are required to verify the validity of medical health services provider registered at Virtual Doctor for their own benefit and update Virtual Doctor about any anomaly in validity of registered medical/ health service provider.
The telemedicine services provided by Virtual Doctor is not exactly the substitute of Medical Services provided by practitioner providing medical services physically at a hospital or their clinic. It is also not a service which can provide Emergency Medical Services and neither this service is to be trusted for providing any services during any Emergency Medical Situation.
Services extended by Virtual Doctor is purposefully designed to facilitate users in availing best possible medical services through telemedicine services. This service is a voluntary service which users opt when no other medical / health services are available in the region and medical practitioner cannot be consulted easily for medical advice.
Virtual Doctor is offering its services by developing a bridge between medical practitioner and users desiring to avail medical services through telemedicine services. The availability of required medical/ healthcare service provider is not guaranteed by Virtual Doctor and neither we have any control on the service provided by medical / healthcare service provider through Virtual Doctor and we do not take any liability of negligence on the part of medical/ health service provider registered with Virtual Doctor.
Similarly, Virtual Doctor is also not responsible for any damage or lose resulted as of any negligence on the part of medical/ health service provider registered with Virtual Doctor. Users are ultimately responsible for selecting the medical/ health care service provider and users must also ensure that medical/ health service provide are holding a valid license for providing any medical / health service and practicing as per the existing rules established by competent authority in the respective region of users. Virtual Doctor is also not dealing with any certification provided to their Users or Registered Service providers.

All services managed by Virtual Doctor are not focused to exploit any particular individual, neither any particular patients having critical situation. Thus, Virtual Doctor is neither giving any guarantee to anyone and nor making any promise about the effectiveness of its medical/ health services delivered through telemedicine services. Virtual Doctor is also not accepting any claim of safety issue or held responsible for a loss due to use of (any) digital medical equipment, made by a third party, for delivering telemedicine services.

Thus, all users and registered service provider may have reasonable trust on Virtual Doctor for having adequate capabilities of delivering telemedicine services possessed by our registered service providers.

Requirement for Using Services of Virtual Doctor
The services of Virtual Doctor are extended to only those users who are having age above 18 years and registered with Virtual Doctor as Users or Medical Service Providers. The requirement for registration with Virtual Doctor requires a valid email address and registered cell no through which you can generate your own id and password for sign in purpose at Virtual Doctor website www.virtualdoctor.com.pk. All your credential like users id and password must be protected from any unauthorized access and in case you experience that your credential have been compromised than you must inform Virtual Doctor and send us an email at admin@virtualdoctor.com.pk for change of your status.

Online Medical Services and Equipment

Similarly, Virtual Doctor would not be held responsible directly or indirectly for any loss or damage caused by the negligence or malpractice of service providers, medical practitioners or any third party using the service of Virtual Doctor.
The account of users and service providers would be terminated or their access to Virtual Doctor would be denied, without any notice, in case they are found, alleged, held responsible for any violation of existing rules of medical science or medical ethics for definite or indefinite period of time till the matter is not addressed at appropriate level or resolved by any competent body having authority to give clear verdict on the matter under dispute with Virtual Doctor.
Usage of Online/ Offline Medical Services
Virtual Doctor provide medical services through telemedicine services which could be online as well as offline in nature. All medical services provided by Virtual Doctor are subject to acceptability by the users who are willing to avail the telemedicine services from Virtual Doctor by accepting to pay prescribed fee of the service provider along with services charges of Virtual Doctor. All Financial transaction between users and service provider would be taking place through Virtual Doctor and any conflict/dispute or irregularity in the financial transaction would be also be addressed solely by Virtual Doctor.
Users are permitted to store information, on their system, about links to website of Virtual Doctor for availing services but Virtual Doctor would not be responsible for any loss, theft, breach of information, hacking of information stored in your system and neither would provide any compensation about any loss or damages incurred to users due to theft, breach of information, hacking of information stored in your system.

Change in Services
Virtual Doctor has the right to make any desired changes in the pattern of their services without any prior notice to anyone. However, the change in services would be made only to improve the quality of services and not to victimize anyone associated with Virtual Doctor. Any loss or damage experienced by anyone associated with Virtual Doctor may refer his matter to Virtual Doctor but Virtual Doctor would have right to consider or reject such matter pertaining to claim of damages. In all cases, Virtual Doctor would keep on enjoying the impunity from the damages claim by anyone.
