Refund Policy
This Refund Policy is referred as reimbursement of any fee payment to Users which was paid in advance by Users to avail any services from Virtual Doctor but services could not be delivered due to any reason.
Introduction
Virtual Doctor is providing online medical services which users avail after making necessary payment. Services extended by Virtual Doctor are subject to availability of Service Providers. Advance payment received from Users are reimbursed if in any case desired services are not delivered as per the prescribed time or manner requested by the Users. This Refund Policy would explain all rules and procedures which would be followed for claiming any reimbursement of any advance payment.
Procedures for Reimbursement
- The reimbursement procedures is to be initiated by the Users.
- Users is to confirm about the payment made to Virtual Doctor for any services which was booked.
- The claim for reimbursement is to be made to Virtual Doctor within prescribed time for each case.
- Users is to give valid account number to receive back the amount of reimbursement as Virtual Doctor would not reimburse in cash.
Conditions for Reimbursement
- Users are to provide valid proof (financial transaction amount, reference number, date and time) for any payment made to Virtual Doctor along with valid proof of services which was booked (Appointment date and time and details of required services).
- Cancellation of any services is to reach Virtual Doctor 01 hour before the commencement of the appointment.
- Claim for reimbursement of any service which was not provided as per the schedule; is to be initiated within two days after the appointment. Any claim received after 48 hours from the appointment time would not be entertained and would be considered as service delivered.
- Users are to raise a claim for reimbursement within 48 Hours if services were not delivered as per the commitment made by Virtual Doctor.
- Question of satisfactory services delivered by any services providers would not be entertained if Users have availed services as per the scheduled/ appointment.
Limitation of Reimbursement
- Virtual Doctor has limitation in making the reimbursement to its Users as would not bear any loss incurred to Users due to non-availability of services at the schedule time or given appointment time.
- Virtual Doctor would not entertain any claim after the prescribed time given for raising any claim of reimbursement.
- Virtual Doctor cannot reimburse for any claim if bank account number are not correct. Users are advised to give correct bank account number for receiving their reimbursement.
- Virtual Doctor would make the reimburse of any claim in same currency as used for making payment to Virtual Doctor.
Users Responsibility
- Users are responsible to ensure that claim raised for reimbursement have been verified and ascertained to be valid and also claims are based on correct information.
- Users are advised to abstain to make any claim which have no validity and likely to be rejected by Virtual Doctor.
- Users are required to share correct information with Virtual Doctor about their Bank account to prevent any delay in transferring the reimbursement of their claims.
- Users are not to use any personal information which he/ she is not authorized to use for online transactions and neither any personal information is to be used for any wrong/illegal financial transactions.
- Users are required to adopt reasonable means to protect their personal information / data while sharing personal information with Virtual Doctor and also protect it from access of any unauthorized person.
Variation in Reimbursement Policy
Virtual Doctor has the right to make any desired changes in the Reimbursement Policy without any prior notice to anyone. However, the change in Reimbursement Policy would be made only to improve the quality of services and not to victimize anyone associated with Virtual Doctor. Any loss or damage experienced by anyone associated with Virtual Doctor may refer his matter to Virtual Doctor but Virtual Doctor would have right to consider or reject such matter pertaining to claim of damages. In all cases, Virtual Doctor would keep on enjoying the impunity from the damages claim by anyone.
Complaints
If you have any queries or complaints about this Reimbursement Policy or you feel aggrieved by this Reimbursement Policy you may launch your complaints with Virtual Doctor at info@virtualdoctor.com.pk. However, Virtual Doctor has the right to process your complaints or rejects it without any reasons. Neither, Virtual Doctor is bound to consider any request made by any one and can reject any request made by anyone without giving any reasons.
