Virtual Doctor is collecting the information about their users who voluntarily provide their personal information which include their name, cellular number, address, email, bank account, billing address, identification card number etc for registration purpose. Personal information is not limited to credential as mentioned earlier but also include medical data which include your visits, medical history, medical and health information which you have voluntarily shared with Virtual Doctor for availing various services provided by Virtual Doctor.

Personal information collected about any users would not be shared with any third party other than those who are registered with Virtual Doctor as service provider which include Doctor, Nurse, Para Medical Staff, Laboratories, Pharmacy, Bank, Cellular Company and other Social Media Network Service Providers. Virtual Doctor can give you assurance that information shared with registered service provider would be utilized only for providing quality services and would be protected, by adopting reasonable means commonly available, from the access of any third party not authorized to acquire user’s personal information.
Information shared with other registered service provider (other than Doctor, Nurse, Para Medical Staff, Laboratories, Pharmacy) such as social media Network Service Provider, Bankers, Courier Services etc may collect your IP, location, Users Account Information which would be governed by privacy policy of the respective service providers and would not be subjected to be controlled under the “Privacy Policy” of Virtual Doctor. Therefore, users are advised to share their personal information to other service provider after understanding the risk associated in sharing your personal information with other service providers.
Virtual Doctor would not use or disclose your personal information with any outsider for any gain. However, Virtual Doctor would share only limited information under certain conditions which are prescribed in the Law and it becomes the obligation of Virtual Doctor to provide available information to concerned authorities having legal powers to investigate the matter under Section 26 and Section 27 of Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 who would not be restricted as described in this “Privacy Policy”.
Information shared by Minor under the Age 13
Virtual Doctor is not designed to collect personal information from children/ minor under the ages of 13 years for the purpose of delivering medical services and neither there exists any means to identify information shared by children / minor under the ages of 13 years. If it is identified through any proper means that information shared by any individual is under the age of thirteen than such information would be deleted immediately from our system database unless consent/ request from authenticated guardian of the minor is received at Virtual Doctor with full justification for retaining the personal information shared by their children. Children under the ages of thirteen must obtain proper permission and guidance prior using the services provide by this website.
HIPPA Compliance
Virtual Doctor is HIPPA compliance digital platform and it respects your privacy by keeping your personal information secure and inaccessible from any unauthorized person. All your information is maintained at Virtual Doctor for the purpose of delivering quality medical services. Virtual Doctor does not sale or share your information with any third agency for marketing purpose or financial gain. However, Virtual Doctor may use this website, other newspaper or any other means to post a notice which is related to Virtual Doctor.
Withdrawal
Registered Users and registered services providers of Virtual Doctor may at any time edit their personal information and unsubscribe from the Virtual Doctor and stop the sharing of their personal information with any other agencies by visiting their profile/ registration page at www.virtualdoctor.com.pk/registration and selecting the option of account deleting permanently. All users and services providers are reminded that their personal information stored at Virtual Doctor would be deleted permanently after opting for ‘Delete Account’ and No Means would be available to recover your personal information from Virtual Doctor. Blockage of Account Information
Virtual Doctor would not block anyone from accessing his / her personal information stored on the data server of Virtual Doctor for personal use. However, blocking the access of information stored in the data server of Virtual Doctor made under Section 34 of Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 would not be unblocked by Virtual Doctor until the access of information is permitted by authorized officer as mentioned in Section 27 of same act.
Your Rights
You have all rights to protect your personal information and deny its access to anyone you feel like. Disclosure of your personal information with Virtual Doctor is not obligatory and you have all rights to leave this site.
Your also have right to register with Virtual Doctor, by sharing required personal information with Virtual Doctor, for availing online medical services. Furthermore, you have the right to edit, correct, delete or limit your personal information for registration purposes.
